For decades, the Los Angeles International Competitions have bestowed gold medals to the best wines, spirits, olive oils and dairy products from around the globe, showcasing the winners at the LA County Fair. In fact, the Los Angeles International Dairy Competition celebrates its centennial anniversary along with the Fair itself in 2022.
On Saturday, February 19, 2022, an esteemed panel of judges sat down and participated in the Los Angeles International Dairy Competition. Judges tasted over 200 dairy products including a wide variety of cheeses, cultured liquid products, butter, sour cream, yogurt, frozen dairy desserts and fluid milk and cream products. There were a total of 131 Gold Medal Awards, 47 Silver Medal Awards and 6 Bronze Medal Awards.
