Cheers: LA’s Wine, Spirits, Beer & Food Festival
Our annual fundraiser for The Learning Centers at Fairplex was this Saturday evening out at The Farm!
Guests took their time tasting the various wines, spirits and beers from the Los Angeles International Competitions from earlier this year.
Guests learned how to make craft cocktails from a mixologist, dined on food truck fare, both savory and sweet, and hit the dance floor once the sun went down.
Our silent auction, which also benefits The Learning Centers at Fairplex, had some great items up for bid.
All in all, we had a great time and we look forward to hosting again next year!
Relay For Life Pomona
We had the pleasure of hosting the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life this weekend as well. It is always touching to see a community come together, especially against a disease which affects so many people.
Everybody’s Bird Mart
We closed out the weekend with Everybody’s Bird Mart. Toucans, parrots, canaries, cockatoos and more set up camp in our expo halls as pet owners shopped for treats, toys, cages, vitamins and all the other bird necessities.
All in all it was another busy but fun weekend at Fairplex. Time to rest up a bit and then it’s hitting the ground running for our KABOOM! 4th of July celebration. Can’t wait!
