It’s no secret that our Farm at Fairplex crops are harvested daily for McKinley’s Grille (our hotel restaurant.) But now we’re stepping up our game and extending The Farm’s use beyond farm-to-table… we’re going farm-to-foam.
We’ve collaborated with Claremont Craft Ales to create a Farm-to-Foam series, brews infused with ingredients from our Farm! The first of this series is a blonde ale is created using kumquats and lemongrass from our specialty crops with a 5.3% ABV.
Next time you dine at McKinley’s Grille, try pairing it with our Bucatini Bolognese or Farm Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad for a true farm-to-table dining experience.
