New Farm Beer at McKinley’s Grille

claremont craft alesIt’s no secret that our Farm at Fairplex crops are harvested daily for McKinley’s Grille (our hotel restaurant.) But now we’re stepping up our game and extending The Farm’s use beyond farm-to-table… we’re going farm-to-foam.

We’ve collaborated with Claremont Craft Ales to create a Farm-to-Foam series, brews infused with ingredients from our Farm! The first of this series is a blonde ale is created using kumquats and lemongrass from our specialty crops with a 5.3{13e0898fe91ab02b80dd55b375775209b289a6340ed758532b2434d5d9d0e62c} ABV.

Next time you dine at McKinley’s Grille, try pairing it with our Bucatini Bolognese or Farm Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad for a true farm-to-table dining experience.
