It’s going to be another beautiful Southern California sunny weekend and while we’re grateful for any rain (hello, California drought), we aren’t complaining about the summery sunshine!
Here’s what we have suggested for you this weekend:
Shop Venice Beach Day (Feb 26): You can’t go wrong with Venice on a Friday afternoon! Shop, dine and enjoy the laidback atmosphere of the boardwalk during Shop Venice Day. Enjoy boutiques, restaurants, special attractions and art.
Free Museum Friday (Feb 26): The Long Beach Museum of Art and Museum of Latin American Art are both offering free admission all day this Friday. Visit their websites to view specific exhibitions and events.
Insane Inflatable 5K (Feb 27): It’s less of a run and more of an obstacle course, and we are all about that! The Insane Inflatable crew is setting up a course that will make each mile more fun than the last. If you have been to Fairplex before, you know there is more than enough space for all of it. Budweiser Clydesdales and Fan Fest (Feb 28): We love having the Clydesdales at the Fair and hosting them whenever they come through Los Angeles. This weekend they will be at L.A. Live for the Lakers and LA Kings Fan Fest. Click here for more info.
Quinceanera Expo (Feb 28): Planning a quinceanera is no joke! Shop the latest trends in gowns, tuxedos, decorations, choreographers, florists, musicians and DJs, limousines, cakes, catering and all your other party needs this Sunday at Fairplex. For more info click here.
