Last weekend we hosted an exclusive Chef Dinner at Fairplex! We invited local chefs, brewers, vintners and restaurateurs over to cook for each other on The Farm. Dishes were cooked on the grill and in our wood-fired oven, like this delightful concoction:
It was a great way to network and discuss new ideas in the food & beverage industry. All in all, a great day!
