It’s been a little over a month since our last L.A. Weekender blog post, so I am very excited about the events happening this weekend. Regardless of what you end up doing, I just know you will have fun with family and friends!
LA Fall Beer Festival: Beer lovers have to come out to LA Center Studios on Saturday, April 4 from 12-3 p.m. or from 5-8 p.m. for the seventh annual LA Beer Festival that will feature over 200 beers, 15 food trucks, DJs, two bands and more surprises. Admission is $40, and it includes beer sampling. Tickets will not be sold at the door, so purchase your tickets here.
Easter Sunday: On Sunday, April 5, PFB/Purpose Church will be holding their outdoor Easter services at Fairplex in the Grandstand at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Each service features worship bands and 150-vocal choir and orchestra. Free parking and admission is available at Gate 17 on Fairplex Drive.
Dodgers Opening Day: Baseball season is upon us! The Dodgers will begin the season against the San Diego Padres on Monday, April 6 at 1:10 p.m. We understand this event doesn’t fall on the weekend, but we are just too excited about the return of baseball that we couldn’t NOT include it here! Hopefully you purchased your tickets. If you didn’t, then hit the search engines and find your local sports bar and have a few drinks in honor of all of those people who will be stuck on traffic.
