The first annual fundraising Artists for Art’s Sake exhibition is opening tomorrow night and if this mural is any indication, we are in for a visual treat.
Volunteers come together to build a mural that will welcome guests through the doors of Millard Sheets Art Center and into the exhibition.
Thousands of tiles, 30 pairs of artistic eyes and hours of work later, and a beautiful mural is created:
A special thank you to the ACUI volunteers who came out and made such a beautiful contribution to The Learning Centers at Fairplex and our art programs! Students, parents, teachers and art patrons alike will be able to enjoy this mural for years to come!
