Halloween is less than two weeks away and we are in full celebratory mode! Our Creative department knows how to make things look festive without the cheese factor and we wanted to share some of our fun DIY Halloween projects with you today:
Halloween Facades
DIY Design Studio Halloween Facade
Our Creative department made this display entirely by hand for our DIY Design Studio during LACF. If you have a fence in your front or backyard, it’s easy to put up fun Halloween signs, perfect for a photo backdrop during parties. For a little extra variety, our team used a witch’s hat for the “A” in Halloween and a pumpkin for the “O.”
Our team used a blend of giant sunflowers, festive fabric garlands and other Halloween paraphernalia (a plastic skeleton, crows, a broomstick) to create a welcoming, “spooky” facade:
Halloween Garlands
You can make your own Halloween fabric garland in minutes by ripping old fabrics into long strips and stringing them on a rope to create an autumn-inspired canopy of color:
Steam Punk Pumpkins
Do something different with your pumpkins this year. Metallic pumpkins are available at many craft stores as well as the gears and gadgets you’ll need to get that steam punk look.
Our Creative department knows how to create “something out of nothing,” with items you can find at Michaels, a garage sale or even your own attic. You don’t have to spend a lot of money to make your home into a Halloween haunt!
