It’s hard to believe that 2017 is almost over. We’re ready to close out the year with plenty of holiday cheer here at Fairplex, from toy drives to holiday shopping. Keep reading to see what we have planned for the most wonderful time of the year:
Harvest Festival (Dec 1-3): Holiday shopping starts here! The Original Harvest Festival Arts & Crafts Show is the perfect place to find unique handmade gifts. Immerse yourself in an atmosphere of cheery holiday music, twinkling lights and sweet and savory treats as you shop hundreds of artisan goods.

Pomona Swap Meet (Dec. 3): Shop, swap and sell at the last Pomona Swap Meet of 2017!
Shop thousands of car parts and accessories, enjoy the sight of hundreds of classic cars, and chat with fellow auto enthusiasts.
Sunday, Dec. 3. 5 a.m. – 2 p.m. Parking $10 at Gate 17. General admission is $10, children 12 & under are free! More info available at pomonaswapmeet.com.
NHRA Museum Twilight Cruise & Toy Drive (Dec. 6): The December Twilight Cruise includes the annual Toy Drive! Cars cruising in with an unwrapped toy or gift of $5 or more in value will receive free admission to the cruise. All gifts will benefit the CHIPS for Kids annual campaign, which provides toys to at-risk local youth and families.
Walgreens will also be on hand to sell toys and gifts if you don’t have time to shop beforehand. ALL customs, exotics, hot rods and sports cars are welcome, no matter the year!
As a special holiday gift, the NHRA Motorsports Museum will be offering free admission after 3 p.m. Browse the museum gift shop for the hot rodder in your life! More information at fairplex.com.
Holiday Half Marathon (Dec. 9 & 10) Kick of winter break at the most wonderful run of the year! The fun starts on Saturday, Dec.10 with the Health & Fitness Expo, Ugly Sweater 5K and the Kids 1K Penguin Waddle.
Runners can also register during this time. The actual half marathon is on Sunday, with runners starting their race at Fairplex. For registration information, schedule of events and more, click here.
Jurassic Quest (Dec. 29 – Jan 1): Jurassic Quest is a dinosaur adventure for the whole family. Encounter life-size animatronic dinosaurs, explore the T-rex and Triceratops fossil digs, run through inflatable mazes, try your hand at Dino crafts and much more.
Admission is $20 for kids ages 2-12 and adults with discounts for seniors and members of the military and police. Open Friday, 3 – 8 p.m. and Saturday – Monday, 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. For more event information, click here.
