April Farm Dinner Menu Announced

We take the farm-to-table movement to the next level with our Farm at Fairplex Dinner Series! Guests of this unique dining experience watch our chefs select vegetables, fruits and herbs straight from our crops for a truly authentic farm-to-table dinner.

FIRST COURSE

Charred cardoon, easter egg radish, shaved fennel, tatsoi, burnt honey and miso vinaigrette
