The 2019 LA County Fair is officially open! Today we opened our doors to the public and welcomed everyone with a ribbon cutting ceremony at Yellow Gate.
We welcomed families, friends and thousands of fairgoers who were eager to get inside to see what this year’s Fair is all about!
Fairgoers flooded into the Fair from Red Gate near the Sheraton and Yellow Gate off McKinley in the Fun Zone where the RCS carnival was in full swing, and into Downtown Fairplex where food and merchandise vendors were ready to sell!
We encourage all of our new and veteran guests to explore every inch of the fairgrounds and see what Fair Goes POP really means!
Head to The Hill to see some of Los Angeles’ most iconic landmarks like the Urban Lights from LACMA or the infamous gates that sit at the edge of Chinatown.
Don’t forget to keep yourself fueled with some food!
Chicken Charlie, the Midway Gourmet, Cafe Fresh, Scoops On Tap and hundreds of other vendors found all over the grounds are ready to keep you fed and keep you happy! Grab a Pop Value Menu at any Guest Service stand to check out all the great items you can eat fro just $6.50!
And of Course, remember to snap and buy your pictures on your way out to make it a lasting memory!
