Bacon Say What?

Does America really love bacon so much that it could be used as currency?
We’re about to find out, thanks to comedian Josh Sankey. Loaded with 3,000 pounds of bacon, he has set out to travel from coast to coast (New York to Los Angeles) using bacon as his only means of getting there. His journey has been dubbed the Great American Bacon Barter.

In the meantime, we at Hot Blog On A Stick find ourselves asking… if bacon can get Sankey across America, what about deep-fried food? Surely someone would be willing to hook us up with a sick hotel suite if we provided them with some of Chicken Charlie’s best, right?
