After three intense weeks, the LA County Fair’s annual High School Marching Band Parade winners were announced this evening for the Open Class, Class A and Class B competition groups.
The competition featured some of the brightest and most talented marching bands from around Southern California as they battled for a grand cash prize of $10,000. Second place took home $5,000 and third place, $2,500.
Prizes were distributed like this:
Open Class (Any size, puts band in the running for the Grand Prizes):
1st place: The Riverside Kingsmen
2nd place: Chino High School 77th Cavalry
3rd place: Diamond Bar High School Thundering Herd
