Wine Milkshakes?

We have our fair share (pun intended) of food novelty here. From fried butter to jalapenos wrapped in bacon, we have seen it all. Or so we thought.
According to the Digest, the latest concoction from local burger join The Counter is wine milkshakes. As in, a little Pinot Noir mixed in with your chocolate shake (read: dairy) and whipped cream.
We’ve tried a lot of things here at the Fair. Maybe this is something worth checking out. What do you think?
