This year’s party will be held Friday, Sept. 2 at 6pm in the Flower & Garden Pavilion, where you can preview The Wonders of Nature: A Tribute to America’s National Parks.
The party’s menu takes its cue from our national parks with steamed Wild King Salmon, fennel pollen salt, braised Duroc Pig with California dates, grilled Juniper Rubbed Wagyu Beef, and pine cone syrup. And what would a trip to our national parks be without everyone’s favorite campout treat? The event will feature a charcoal grilled s’more station that’s sure to delight the kid at heart.
