\nOur question, as we dig deeper into planning for the 2015 LACF, is this: what will the next deep-fried food trend be? A deep-fried Philly cheesesteak? Deep-fried Nutella covered doughnuts? (Yes please!)
\nIt’s hard to say what the next big thing will be, but we are all about “it”, whatever “it” looks like in the deep-fried scheme of things.
