He\u2019s also feeding the lucky Fairguests who stop by the Culinary Styles kitchen in\u00a0Village on Broadway \u2013 today\u2019s 1 p.m. show featured BBQ tri-tip and Paradise Salad. He shared his recipes, of course (see below for Chef Brian\u2019s Paradise Salad).<br \/>\nBest of all, he serves the salad with a side of some homemade tortilla chips that are slightly different in that I-don\u2019t-know-what-this-is-but-I-like-it way. His new family-owned restaurant, Match, is open right here in Pomona (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.matchbbq.com\">www.matchbbq.com<\/a>).<br \/>\nParadise Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette (Chef Brian)<br \/>\n1 c sliced (in half-moon shape) red onions<br \/>\n2 c sliced (in half-moon shape) hothouse\/English cucumbers<br \/>\n2 c red seedless grapes (sliced lengthwise)<br \/>\n2 c grape tomatoes (sliced lengthwise)<br \/>\n\u00bd c fresh, cleaned and chopped basil<br \/>\n\u00bd c crumbled feta cheese<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp black pepper<br \/>\nMix all vegetables, fruit and pepper together. Divide among four plates, Top salad with feta cheese.
