We’re thrilled to see the start of our Fairplex Bike Riding program!
Fairplex CEO Miguel Santana leads the way as we test out our bikes for the first time
This program serves as a model for environmentally friendly and healthy living practices on our campus, starting with this employee bike program.
Thanks to the addition of several new cruisers and mountain bikes, our employees will be able to bike around campus, both for work purposes (getting to meetings/events), and for pleasure on their lunch breaks!
We’re very excited to implement this new initiative, and we look forward to adding additional healthy living practices in the future.

Exciting times in The Farm! We witnessed the hatching of our first heritage breed turkey. We hope this little guy will be the first of many to call The Farm his home. Welcome to the world, little one!
We’re pleased to welcome Lucas Rivera, vice president of Grand Park, as the new senior vice president of Fairplex!
Rivera has done excellent work with Grand Park in downtown LA, creating a true community gathering place for a variety of cultures, holidays, community celebrations and other events.
He will take his expertise and passion for community from DTLA to our campus, where he will focus on the overall vision for our company and work with our team to create a sense of place out of our 487 acres.
We look forward to having Rivera be a part of our strategic planning process and in moving our company forward in the years to come.
