4th of July Recipe: “Red, White & Blue” Farm Fresh Salad

Add a fun twist to potato salad and make it red, white and blue for the 4th of July!
McKinley’s Grille (our farm fresh cuisine at Fairplex) came up with this amazing recipe for you to try out at home on the 4th of July.

This colorful and tasty recipe features red, white and blue (blue/purple) potatoes. The delicious flavors of garlic, onions, bell peppers and ham give your salad an extra ‘oomph’ and a splash of walnut oil mixed with sherry or white balsamic vinegar create a perfect blend of textures and flavors.
