The first weekend of May was a fun one at Fairplex! Keep reading to see what we were up to:
LA On Tap
Despite overcast skies, our guests had a great time eating, drinking and being merry at our annual beer festival. It was fun to see all the craft breweries represented on Saturday. Thank you to everyone who attended! (In case you didn’t know, proceeds go towards educational programs at The Learning Centers at Fairplex… talk about drinking for a good cause!)
DeafNation Expo
Just adjacent to LA On Tap, the deaf and hard of hearing community gathered for a day of exhibitions, entertainment and seminars at the DeafNation trade show. This event is for, by and about deaf people and we were happy to play host this year!
Mother’s Day at McKinley’s Grille
We ended the weekend at McKinley’s Grille for the Mother’s Day champagne brunch.
Moms were treated to a delicious array of hot breakfast dishes, an omelet station, salads, carved meats, desserts and bottomless mimosas.
