It’s beginning to look a lot like Spring time!

April 3, 2013

mckinleys farmIt’s starting to look like spring at Fairplex! I stopped by McKinley’s Farm this morning to see how our garden looked. Currently growing are an assortment of lettuce (Cherokee, Amish Deer Toungue, etc), squash, tomatoes, arugula, garlic chive, thyme, strawberries, blueberries and carrots to name a new.

Birds are chirping, plants are thriving and the seasonal menu at McKinley’s Grille is looking better than ever 🙂

  1. I love everything we’ve eaten from your Table to Farm Dinners as well as your Sunday Champagne Brunches. It is amazing what a difference fresh from the garden delicacies can taste like. It’s like eating a symphony of flavors with each and every bite. My husband and I have never been disappointed with our meal choices and our teens will actually ask to go there to eat over any other local establishment on Sunday mornings because they too enjoy the vast selection of choices to fill their palate “needs”. On a side note, when eating at the McKinley Grill, the outdoor patio is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the whole experience.
