Every Thursday food trucks rumble onto campus, ready to serve our employees and neighbors a delicious variety of dinner items. This year we’re pleased to announce that we’re adding our own fare into the ring thanks to crops on the Farm!
We’ll be selling fresh organic vegetables, herbs and young starter plants every week at Food Truck Thursday including cabbage, artichokes, oregano, lemon grass and a number of other in-season specialty produce.
Next on the list: pepper and eggplant.
